This plan is for everyone! If you are a beginner to bodyweight training and calisthenics but don't know how to start then this 12 week foundational plan is for you. Build strength, endurance and discipline.
Everyone is different and may be starting at different levels on their calisthenics journey, however if you follow this plan and learn self discipline & consistency with it you should have no problem noticing an improved strength and physique by the end of this plan.
